Scrip

What is Scrip and How Do You Use It?

Scrip is a fundraising program to provide our church organization with an ongoing means of raising money without asking you to spend any more than you currently do with local and national merchants. This program enables you to help in our fundraising efforts while you make your normal daily or weekly purchases.

Using Scrip is just like using a gift card or gift certificate. Scrip is actually "substitute money" from many of our local and national merchants. When these cards and certificates are purchased in advance of shopping, our church organization earns a percentage of every purchase made with Scrip. Money that will be spent anyway is generating financial support for our various church programs.

Scrip does not cost you a penny more than what you are currently spending with the merchants in this program. So you can help our church organization by making purchases using Scrip cards and certificates from stores and businesses that you already buy goods and services from.

Local and national merchants contribute two to twenty percent of everything purchased with Scrip to our church organization. The support from our congregation alone can generate substantial cash flow to our church every time Scrip is used for grocery shopping, drug store or gasoline purchases, a meal at a restaurant or purchases for many different specialty stores. This profit becomes a source of revenue day after day, month after month and year after year.

By participating in this program, we raise funds to help our church grow, reach out to teach God's word and to help our various church programs.

Your help and support in this program would be greatly appreciated. Please click on the above link to view a wide variety of merchants participating in the Scrip program.
