LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD MEN AND WOMEN

You could be a small group leader. The primary requirement for a group leader is to have been
with Christ. (Acts 4:14)

Most of us feel inadequate for the job of leading a small group. A group leader does not

need to be a .......

  • Theologian - You do not need to know all the answers.
  • Teacher - You are not there to lecture the group.

A small group leader functions more like a FACILITATOR. Your ministry is to help the group and individuals in the group develop and grow. If God is nudging you to STEP OUT and lead a group
call Pastor Harold 738-1902.
